- Quarterly Service Points

- Core sample septic tanks to recommend pumping frequency of each tank.
- Clean effluent filters in tanks. (when equipped)
- Monitor Pump controls and alarms events. (Adjust floats as needed)
- Check overall plumbing.
- Report on trench inspection ports in drainage areas.
